Everything goes in — one itinerary comes out
Paste them in any order, format, or language. Then share the result by link, download it as a PDF, or keep it in your travel history.

Your whole trip on one page — and it stays yours.

Every booking lands on one clean itinerary. Share it with a link so the people meeting you see the plan. Download it as a PDF for the airport. And every trip is saved to your travel history, exportable any time — not trapped inside an app you have to keep paying for.

One itinerary, instantly shareable

Every flight, hotel, train, and transfer on one clean page. Send a view-only link and whoever is picking you up sees the whole plan — no app, no account needed.

Download it. Keep it. Export it.

Save any trip as a PDF for the airport. Your entire travel history stays in your account and exports whenever you want — it is your data, not the app's.

Reads anything, flags what you missed

It parses the confirmations TripIt can't, in any language, and points out the unbooked night or too-tight connection before you leave. Useful — but the itinerary is the point.

The honest comparison

Travel Sane gives you one shareable, downloadable itinerary and an exportable travel history, reads more of your confirmations, and costs $25 once. TripIt keeps the native app and live flight alerts. Here's the honest split.

Questions

Why would I switch from TripIt?
For one clean itinerary you can share by link, download as a PDF, and keep as an exportable travel history — built from confirmations TripIt often gets wrong. On Agoda, Trip.com, Indian Railways, direct guesthouse emails, or anything in a non-Latin script, TripIt tends to fail or drop fields; Travel Sane reads all of them, and it flags what you forgot to book.
How is the parsing different?
TripIt matches each confirmation against templates it was built to recognise. Travel Sane reads the booking with a language model, the way a person would, so it doesn't need a template for your provider to exist. Paste it, drop a PDF, or upload a screenshot in any language.
Is there really no subscription?
Correct. There is a free tier (one active trip, ten bookings). Pro is a single $25 payment for unlimited trips and bookings — no annual renewal, no card on file after checkout.
Can I import my TripIt trips?
Not automatically yet. You re-add a trip by pasting or uploading the original confirmations, which takes a couple of minutes. Direct import is on the list but not built.
Is there a mobile app?
No native app. The webapp runs well on a phone and every trip has a shareable link, so whoever is picking you up can open the full timeline in a browser without an account.
Does it track flights in real time like TripIt Pro?
Not yet — live flight-status alerts are planned, not shipped. Today Travel Sane is the tool you run before you leave, to confirm the trip is whole. If live delay alerts are the only thing you need, TripIt Pro still does that well.
